We also advise investors on the contents of their portfolio. Some examples of transactions in which we have been involved are the Gooise Brink in Hilversum, the branches of Maxis throughout the Netherlands, de Weiert shopping centre in Emmen, Hatert shopping centre in Nijmegen, De Ruwert in Oss, Rijkerswoerd in Arnhem, diverse supermarkets, builder’s merchants, and the purchase or sale of the investment portfolios of individual shop premises for Corio, Tenstone, Mees Pierson, VastNed, ASR, CBRE Global Investors, Elizen Vastgoed, Annexum and Redema.
